During my recent transit stay at Ege Apartments in Yalikavak, I was pleased with a couple of features. the location was incredibly convenient, being just 37 km away from the nearest airport. This made it a breeze for me to catch my ongoing flight without any hassle. the spacious and open kitchen in the apartment was a delightful surprise. Although the cooking options were limited with just one electric ring, it was perfect for preparing a quick meal or enjoying a cozy evening in.

The road outside the hotel could get a little noisy at times.

The rooms at Ege Apartments are just perfect for vegetarians and vegans like me. They have a well-fitted kitchen with a dining area, allowing us to easily prepare our own plant-based meals.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV with satellite channels to be a bit overwhelming. I prefer spending my time outdoors, so I didn't use it much.

We stayed in this hotel close to the seaside and had a great time. the location was perfect to get to the beach, restaurants, and cafes. the room was cleaned on a regular basis, and the bathroom was lovely. the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was even a nice pool to relax by. We enjoyed the fresh fruit grown on the property, too.

The wifi was only available in some areas of the hotel and not in the rooms.

The only upside of this place was the AC unit in the room that kept us cool during the hot weekend. Plus, the pool was big and refreshing, perfect for taking a dip during the day. One more plus was that the staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The rooms were outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The beds were beyond uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on rocks. The bathroom was old, and the shower didn't have any water pressure. The worst was finding rat feces in one of the cupboards. Wi-fi was only available in common areas, which was a bummer, and there was no drinking water supply. The limited parking made it a hassle to park and move around. a terrible experience and never coming back again.
